Sorry about the lack of posting recently. Anyway, got a new bit of work for you. This Cold Hedgerow by Squirrell Designs. I was engaged with the patchy style that overshadows the objects in the painting.

Tom Pratt

Tom Pratt is a graphic designer in his final year of his degree at Leeds College of Art. While looking through his various projects I picked out one called 'The A Campaign' which encourages atheists to 'come out the closet'.

Logorama

Logorama is a splendid short film by the French animation collective H5/Francois Alaux. It got an Oscar for the best animated short film.

We have a bit of brass in the form of Beirut, great new tune by American band The Morning Benders 'Excuses' (as far as I'm aware a Morning Bender is someone who gets wasted in the morning, but please object me if I'm wrong).

The Drums on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross

This is my current favourite band, The Drums playing on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross. Don't know if anybody watched it, but I thought it was wonderful. There was bags of energy running through their elaborate single 'Best Friend'. History was made that night.

These are paintings of photogarpher, artist and writer Francois Marie Banier. He tends to paint over his photos, changing peoples view about art to a radical form of creativity.
