Artpixie: Photos that make you smile





I was browsing around Flickr when I came across these photos. They are token by Artpixie and from what I see show enchanting colours drawing you in to a soft focus. Although you might think the pictures are a bit dull, the colours make up for that, worth checking out her blog.

Simon Bray: A Grim Overlay



This picture is of a WW2 army base called Merryfield Park, the picture was token by British photographer Simon Bray. In my opinion the picture shows a lot of atmosphere. It expresses a grim overlay of the deserted place. It's almost impossible to imagine what the site was like before the destruction, but it certainly didn't look like that.
